Boys’ game cancelled

There will be half the hockey to watch than originally was planned for tonight at the Memorial Sports Centre.

The NorWOSSA game between the Muskie boys’ hockey team and the Dryden Eagles—set for the ’52 Canadians Arena—was postponed due to poor weather conditions in the Dryden area.

A make-up date for the game was not announced as of press time.

But the Muskie girls’ team still will lace up the blades tonight for its first of two games in this season’s annual “Battle of the Border” against the International Falls Broncos.

The game goes at 7:15 p.m. at the Ice For Kids Arena.

Muskie rookie Kamryn Sandelovich will get the start in goal against the veteran-laden Broncos, who doubled Fort High 8-4 here last season.
