Emily Kerton from Science North spoke about the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre’s new “Northern THINK Hub” on Friday which provides visitors with the THINK experience that recently opened at Science north. Local MPP Greg Rickford shared a speech at the announcement as well and said the government is contributing $1 million to the project. Rickford also announced Friday a $4 million investment in 98 new childcare spaces in Fort Frances and Emo as well as $260,000 in additional support for La Verendrye Hospital.
