Students from Mrs. Wood’s class recited “In Flanders Fields” by Lt.-Col. John McCrae as a part of St. Michael’s School’s Remembrance Day ceremony yesterday. Students from Mme. Quesnel’s French Immersion class also presented the poem en francais, and Capt. Donald Matheson was invited to speak to those in attendance about Remembrance Day and honouring those who gave their lives in times of war, as well as thanking those who serve in peace time. -Ken Kellar photo
