Dan DeGagné, left, and Daryl Eyolfson fed another haul of trees into the wood chipper at Daryl’s Customs Landscapes on Sixth Street West on Saturday afternoon during the Fort Frances Fire Brigade’s annual Christmas tree pick-up. Firefighters reportedly had fewer trees to gather this year as more people switch to artificial ones. Those who missed giving a donation for having their tree picked up can bring money to the fire hall, with proceeds being given to a local charity.
