Jeff Denis, who last summer completed his Ph.D in sociology on race relations in Rainy River District, returned to the Fort Frances Public Library last Wednesday to meet with the local Celebrating Diversity committee and discuss his findings, as well as receive feedback to include in his dissertation, which is going to be published as a book by the University of Toronto Press.
