Pearl Pidlubny lunged forward to return the ball over the net during a game of pickleball last Wednesday morning at the tennis courts next to Fort High. The competing team, Lori King (back left) and Twyla Howarth, awaited the return, with laughs and smiles, while Pidlubny’s doubles partner, Judie Campbell, protected her corner of the court. The group meets with other pickleball players each Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. (weather permitting). For more information, contact Pidlubny at 274-3726.
