Out of the Cold opens doors

The doors are open and renovations are underway at the Fort Frances Out of the Cold shelter, now in its permanent home in the former Apostolic Way Church. The facility is open nightly for residents who need a safeand warm place to spend the night. The facility is also being renovated to house offices and treatment centre.
