Bob Bird of the local Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry office showed off some of the equipment firefighters with the MNFR use at the “Spring into your career” hiring fair last Tuesday at the Copper River Inn. Bird was on hand looking for potential firefighting prospects for next year’s season.
