Grade 12 students at Fort High participated in a “Connected North” session this morning where they were joined via video teleconference with medical professional Ray Vollmer out of St. Louis University to learn about autopsies and forensics. Vollmer conducted a live autopsy, with the students having a chance to ask questions as he went through the process. He spoke about how to identify certain characteristics of injuries and figuring out what weapons were used when conducting autopsies.
