Grandpa Magic made an appearance yesterday at Lion’s park as part of the Library summer reading wind up picnic. He invited members of the audience to come up and put his hands in chains and tie his legs together and he then escaped. After the magic show, children who participated in the reading program received awards. Children who read between 10 and 19 books received a special certificate and children who read more than 20 books received a certificate and a book light.
