Students at J.W. Walker School took part in their Terry Fox Run on Thursday afternoon. Schools from across the district held runs over the course of the week, helping to raise funds for research and awareness in the fight against cancer. According to the Terry Fox Foundation, more than $700-million has been raised in Terry Fox’s name since the first run in 1981.
