Crews from the Town of Fort Frances were seen working quickly to clean up the debris scattered throughout town this morning from last night's thunderstorm. A severe thunderstorm warning was in effect last night by Environment Canada, as an area of thunderstorms from the Dakotas and Minnesota were making their way northeastward into northern Ontario. As locals travelled their morning routes to work, the destruction throughout town could be seen, as broken and torn up trees took out power lines, littered parks, roads and yards, and even fell on houses and cars.
