Lynn Murray Richardson passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
Lynn was born March 19, 1939 to Roscoe and Emma Richardson, and was the youngest of six boys.
He was raised and got his schooling in Fort Frances, Ont., joining Ontario Hydro the day after he finished high school.
He worked for Hydro for 35 years, retiring as an electrical operator.
In 1957, Lynn married Brenda Sisco, who survives along with their six children, Lynda, Kim (Raymond) Roy, Kathy (Rick) Diotte, James (Karen), Mike (Lucie), and Bob (Anne); and eight grandchildren, Jeremy, Jordan, Lindsay (Joe) Jesseau, Dani, Trenton, Patrick, Randi, and Emily.
He also is survived by his brother, Larry; brothers-in-law, Clint and Ken (Brenda) Sisco; sister-in-law, Paula (Ernie) Tibold; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lynn was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Harley, Gordon, Alan, and Jim; along with his in-laws, Paul and Bernice Sisco; brother-in-law, Randy; and sister-in-law, Kathy.
Throughout his life, Lynn enjoyed camping, cartooning, sign painting, making model airplanes, and studying history. He also was an avid Blue Jays’ fan and always loved a good game of Cribbage.
As per Lynn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral.
