Georgina Daniels, 72, of Thunder Bay, Ont., passed away suddenly Oct. 3, 1998. She was born to Don and Ruth MacDonald in Aylsworth, Ont. on June 3, 1926.

She attended Fort Frances High School, and worked as a secretary in Fort Frances at CFOB and at KSTP TV in Minneapolis, Mn., and had been retired for several years.

She leaves to mourn her husband of 33 years, Ben Daniels, originally from Schreiber Ont.; her sisters, Iris Howard of Emo, Ont., Phyllis Spillers of Minneapolis, Mn., and Donna Day (Fred) of International Falls, Mn.; her brother, Archie MacDonald (Patricia) of Ramona, Cal.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

“Georgie,” as she was affectionately called, loved to play the piano and entertain her family and friends with the “golden oldies.”

In memoriam donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 10, 1998 at 5 p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church in Emo, Ont.
