The Township of Emo invites you to attend this year's Family Day on Monday (Feb. 20). Bring your family to the Emo Arena for a variety of family fun activities!
Start your day off right with a helping of pancakes upstairs at the arena from 9-10:30 a.m. Pay what you can (a donation bucket will be set up).
There also will be a Family Photo Scavenger Hunt from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Pick up your list upstairs at the arena anytime after 9 a.m. and then use your own device (i.e., camera, phone) to take as many photos on the list as possible.
Return to the arena to have your digital photos checked by 12:30 p.m. for your family to be entered into a draw to win the grand prize of a Family Game Night Party Pack!
As well, the first 75 youth participants to return with their photos will receive a treat bag sponsored by Emo Drugs!

The next “Country Jam” at the Emo Legion will take place Friday, Feb. 24.
If you enjoy old-time country music, want to just listen, or want to get up on the floor and dance, then be sure to mark this date on your calendar.
The musicians will begin playing around 7 p.m. (new musicians are gladly welcomed).
Admission to the “Jam” is $2, which helps the Legion pay for the heat and lights.
In related news, the Legion would like to thank all the volunteers who keep things going. At every event, it is the volunteers working in the kitchen, serving, tending bar, and cleaning up.
Without these dedicated volunteers, these events simply would not happen.
Please thank them for a job well-done.
