Chandler Medicine of the Emo Express prepared to make a back-handed spin move on Fort Frances Kennedy K9’s goalie Jacob Glowasky in a shootout yesterday afternoon during the ‘B’ final of the FFMHA’s Bantam ‘A’ tournament at the Ice For Kids Arena. Glowasky turned aside Medicine’s attempt to give the K9’s a dramatic 3-2 victory. In the other finals, the Neebing Hawks captured the ‘A’ crown with a 5-0 shutout over the Kenora Forest Flyers while Fort Frances Canadian Tire cruised to a 12-1 win over the Dryden Kings to take the ‘C’ title.
