Volunteer firefighter Doug Wright tossed another Christmas tree onto the trailer Saturday afternoon during the Fort Frances Fire Brigade’s annual tree pick-up. While there were fewer real trees to collect than there used to be, the job wasn’t wasn’t made any easier by the fact many were laden with ice and snow—and some even frozen to the ground—in the aftermath of Friday’s storm.
