Paying respects

Flags are flying at half-mast outside the Civic Centre in honour of Deputy Mayor Sharon Tibbs, who passed away Wednesday. Council and town staff also will take time to remember her at Monday night’s regular meeting, which is scheduled to start at 6:55 p.m. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, Jan. 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church.
