Lakers jump to third

The Lakers now are preparing for a home-and-home series with the second-place Dryden Ice Dogs this Wednesday and Thursday.
The two squads will square off at the Ice For Kids Arena on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. before squaring off again the following night in Dryden.
