Foul play ruled out

Rainy River District OPP officers are continuing to investigate the death of male inside a residence at the Elizabeth Street Manor here on Tuesday.
The OPP Forensic Identification Unit assisted the regional coroner with a post-mortem examination on Wednesday at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora.

As a result, police can confirm foul play is not suspected in the man’s death.
The male was identified as Derek Pollard, 55, of Fort Frances.
