service manager to lead an efficient and busy service team.
The successful candidate will bring the following qualities:
• Ability to manage a large team of technicians in a fast-paced environment
• ensure customer satisfaction is recognized, encouraged and
• ability to work in, and manage an ever-changing computerized environment
• ability to deliver consistent, timely and accurate service
• ability to follow Ford Motor Co. policies, procedures and warranty guidelines
• ability to provide timely reporting to management
• previous technical experience will be an asset
