McMahon shows set for tonight

Are you looking for a laugh?
Hometown comedian Ryan McMahon is staging two shows here tonight as part of his “UnReserved Tour”—and tickets are still available.

They cost $15 each, which can be purchased online at www.ryanmcmahonunreserved.com or at the door.
“Eight of 11 shows have completely sold out. Here’s to hoping Fort Frances follows suit,” McMahon noted yesterday.
He is offering an early show from 7:30-8:45 p.m., then a late one from 9:30-11 p.m. at the Little Beaver Cultural Centre.
The tour is in celebration of McMahon becoming the first native comedian to ever tape a one-hour stand-up comedy special for CBC TV.
It began in Victoria, B.C. on Sept. 12 and will be making 26 stops—playing 30 shows—in just six weeks.
McMahon is excited to be playing in his hometown tonight.
“My roots are in the area,” he remarked in an earlier interview. “I really champion Fort Frances.
“It’s where I’m from—the most beautiful place on Earth.”
