Gobeil named top player

After playing a key role in helping the Muskie football team earn a long-awaited home win, running back Cam Gobeil was named the WHSFL offensive player of the week.
Gobeil, who is in Grade 12 and playing his first year with the black-and-gold, dominated the Tec Voc Hornets last Tuesday as he rushed for 220 yards and three touchdowns to help his team to a 33-0 victory.

With a 2-2 record and currently in fourth place in the Andy Currie ‘A’ Division, the Muskies are preparing for their annual Homecoming game this Friday at 1 p.m. against the Neelin Spartans (3-1).
