Muskies defeat Dryden 20-6

The Fort High football team picked up their first win of the WHSFL season on Friday afternoon in Dryden, as they defeated the host Eagles by a score of 20-6.
Leading the way for the Muskies, who improved to 1-1 for the season, was running back Cam Gobeil who rushed for a pair of touchdowns and also returned a kickoff into the endzone for six points.

Quarterback Tobijah Gerber was effective for the black-and-gold in the air during the contest, while defensive back Matt Deschamps made a key interception late in the game to prevent any chance of a Dryden comeback.
The Muskies will now prepare to hit the road on Friday afternoon in Winnipeg, where they will be matched up against the 1-1 Daniel McIntyre Maroons.
