Still time to join in Terry Fox Run
Friday, 14 September 2012 - 12:49pm
This year’s theme is to “honor those who have past” and “celebrate those who have survived,” so organizers are encouraging everyone to come out and sign the board for a loved one and cheer on others.
There will be mile markers, pace bunnies, porta-potties, water stations and an escort car—all features to help everyone enjoy the event and to be safe and to be comfortable.
And don’t forget to come to the church building on Victoria Street beside the railroad tracks following the event.
The TOPS group from Devlin will be putting on a lunch and trophies for the top male, female and child fund-raisers will be awarded.
