Brock Vandenbrand of the Stratton Eagles hustled towards third base during his team’s 9-4 triumph over Beef’s Warriors in Rainy River District Fastball League semi-final action yesterday evening at Couchiching. If Stratton can beat the Big Grassy Braves on Tuesday night, a winner-take-all showdown is set for next Thursday to determine the 2012 league champs.
