Water levels

U.S. co-chair Jeff Stoner said the International Rainy River Water Pollution Board has been busy with a slew of projects during the annual joint public meeting on the regulation of Rainy and Namakan lakes and the Rainy River held Tuesday at La Place Rendez-Vous here. While it’s been a fairly dry year, water levels have been well-managed thanks to co-operation between the International Rainy Lake Board of Control and power companies, H20 Power LP and Boise Inc.
