Nighttime hike set at Voyageurs
Friday, 3 August 2012 - 1:19pm
It is sure to be a howling good time.
Participants should meet at the Echo Bay Trailhead, located on Northern Lights Road (County Road 332) off of County Highway 122 in the Kabetogama Lake resort area.
Look for brown directional signs on County Highway 122 to guide you to the trailhead.
The program will run from 9-10:30 p.m.
If you are bringing a headlamp or flashlight, red- or green-coloured lights are the most desirable as these do not interfere with night vision.
This program is sponsored by Voyageurs National Park Association, and no fee or registration is required to attend.
It is recommended for ages 10 and up.
