Facility opening

Mayor Roy Avis welcomed H2O Power to Fort Frances, as company president Jim Gartshore looked on, during the official opening of its facility here yesterday afternoon. The building, located in a wing of the former Fort Frances High School, will be the main office and workshop for the company’s five western hydro-generating stations.
