Painting lesson

Marg Blasky showed nine-year-old Kaylen Cunningham how to paint a leaf using the one-stroke technique yesterday afternoon at the Fort Frances Public Library. The workshop was the first “Tween Thursday” of the summer, where about a dozen youths came together to paint flower pots. The next “Tween Thursday” is set for July 19, when all things Olympic and British will be featured in “London Calling.”
