Teen killed, two hurt in rollover

BURK’S FALLS, Ont.—A rollover north of Huntsville, Ont., has claimed the life of a teen girl and critically injured two others.
Provincial police say 17-year-old Sara Nicole Girard of Stouffville was ejected from the van after it veered off Highway 11 south of Burk’s Falls.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is scheduled today.
A 17-year-old girl from Markham and an 18-year-old woman from Stouffville are being treated in a Toronto hospital.
The crash occurred yesterday around 5:30 p.m.
At least four other deaths were reported on Ontario’s roads over the Canada Day long weekend.
