Hats galore

In the spirit of the event, Solly Santiago stopped to consider swapping hats while perusing the artwork on display yesterday evening during the opening of the Fine Line Art Gallery’s spring art exhibit, “Hats, Hats, Hats Everywhere.” The exhibit runs through the end of May.
