Unprotected sex sends HIV man to prison

He also was found guilty of invitation to sexual touching and sexual interference, but cleared on charges involving three additional women after a judge said their evidence left her with a reasonable doubt.
Mabior’s trial heard he had unprotected sex with six females, ranging in age from 12 to adult, but none of them became infected.
The Sudanese immigrant only will have to serve nine years because he is getting five years of credit for time spent in pre-trial custody.
Mabior also faces deportation because of his conviction.

WINNIPEG—A Winnipeg man who is HIV positive has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for having unprotected sex with girls and women without informing them of his medical condition.
Clato Mabior was convicted in July of six counts of aggravated assault.
