The Rainy Lake Gymnastics Academy (RLGA) and Fort Frances GM would like to announce that they have entered into a five-year partnership agreement.
Through the hard work and dedication of the board of directors for the RLGA and a significant donation by Fort Frances GM, equipment has been ordered and the program will be commencing Oct. 1, 2019.
“We are very pleased that this partnership with Fort Frances GM provides opportunities for the local community to develop skills and strategies needed to learn gymnastics in a safe and structured environment, and lead healthy lifestyles for years to come,” said Stephanie Mann, director of the Rainy Lake Gymnastics Academy.
“This partnership is about a mutual passion and commitment to advancing gymnastics participation in the community,” she added.
“When I was approached by the RLGA as a potential sponsor, I immediately wanted to contribute in a significant way,” said Nick Beyak, owner of Fort Frances GM.
“I have seen firsthand the benefits to kids that a strong gymnastics program provides, and I wanted to do everything I could to ensure the kids of Fort Frances to have access to that,” he added.
“I would also like to commend the board members of the RLGA for their perseverance in getting this program up and running. It is a huge undertaking, and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with,” noted Beyak.
Registration will take place at Fort Frances GM on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
