Champion fiddler Scott Woods' old-time Christmas concert will take place next Wednesday (Nov. 29) at 7 p.m. at Knox United Church in Fort Frances.

They cost $25 for adults and $10 for kids aged six-12, with those five and under being free.

The United Church in Emo will be holding a holiday concert by “Les Filles D'esprit” there this Sunday (Nov. 26).
Doors open at 3:15 p.m., with the concert beginning at 4 p.m.

St. Patrick's C.W.L. will hold its tea and bake sale this Saturday (Nov. 25) from 1-3 p.m. in the church hall.
Admission will be $3 at the door.
There will be draws, meat and raisin pies, and homemade perogies for sale, along with a table of religious material and crafts.

Vendors and crafters are reminded to book their table early for “Holly Daze” at the Emo-La Vallee Arena.
A “Shopping Craze” will take place upstairs at the arena on Dec. 2 from 1-3:30 p.m.
