Todd Moxham kept a close watch on how the rock shot by skip Lorne Jackson came down the ice at the Fort Frances Curling Club last night during the men’s ‘A’ club championship. In the end, Jackson’s team earned the title with a 6-3 win over Raymond Roy. The men’s ‘B’ title was won by Bill Gushulak while Ron Silver captured the ‘C’ crown. In ladies’ action, Bonnie Mueller won the ‘B’ title while the Muskie girls’ team skipped by Hailey Beaudry took home the ‘C’ crown. Kathie Jackson had won the ladies’ ‘A’ title earlier this week prior to travelling to Sault Ste. Marie for The Dominion Curling Club Championship provincial playdowns.
