Tyler Ruppenstein drew a name for the local Kiwanis Club's “Trip-of-the-Month” draw yesterday as Kiwanian Robin Wright looked on at International Travel Services. Buddy Loyie was the lucky winner of a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
