Makenna Henttonen looked to avoid the stick-check of a Sioux Lookout Warriors’ defender and get herself an open shot during the first period of the Muskie girls’ hockey team’s 14-1 romp on Friday night at the Ice For Kids Arena. The Muskies were slated to conclude the NorWOSSA regular season against those same Warriors here last night, with the outcome not known as of press time.
