Some rare geese were spotted by local residents Ahlan and Judy Johanson at the Point Park on Friday. While they might be snow geese, the Johansons believe it’s more likely they’re specimens of Ross’s Goose, a particular breed that nests in the high Arctic but rarely are seen here during their migration south.
