Moving out

Photo Album:

With renovations expected to begin shortly at the Fort Frances Museum, Sandra Tibbs, interim museum superintendent, left, and summer student Tracy Treflin were busy packing up items to be moved Thursday afternoon. The artifacts and furnishings are being moved to the old North American Lumber store on Mowat Avenue, which will be the temporary site for displays while renovations go on at the main building. The temporary site will be open to the public by June 1 and won’t be moved back into the newly-renovated museum until late December. —Duane Hicks photo
