Mini-queen

Reigning Mini-Queen Cassandra Armstrong secured the cape around Vayda Steele’s shoulders after she was named this year’s Emo Fair Mini-Queen yesterday evening at the Emo Arena. Callum Galusha, meanwhile, was crowned as Mini-King. A total of three boys and five girls answered questions in hopes of winning the respective titles.
