Kaleb Firth, job developer with Seven Generations Education Institute here, was one of more than 130 people who stopped by New Gold’s open house yesterday at La Place Rendez-Vous, which was held to share the details of the Environmental Assessment report for the Rainy River Project located north of Barwick. An open house also was held Tuesday night in Barwick, with nearly 100 people attending. The company is hoping to start construction of the mine in about a year’s time.
