The class of eight learned how to prepare a Greek dinner consisting of souvlaki, spanikopita, pasta, and steak over the three-hour course. The Confederation College class was led by FFHS teacher Kelly Connor, who teaches the hospitality course there. Another cooking class will be held Nov. 7. Call the college to sign up (274-5395).
