Six-year-old Jordyn Oster, left, and Jade Belluz, seven, held up their coloured popsicle sticks listing what types of vegetables they had chosen to grow at the first-ever meeting of the Kids Garden Club at the community garden here yesterday afternoon. Led by the Northwestern Health Unit and meeting every Thursday from 5-6 p.m., close to 40 youngsters came out to paint their garden markers and pick their vegetables.
