Rob Barron, Laurie Hogan, and Rick Collette looked on as Fort High teacher Kelly Connor, who teaches the hospitality course there, poured a marinade during a cooking class last Wednesday at the high school. The course, done through Confederation College, taught a class of eight people how to prepare a Greek dinner consisting of souvlaki, spanikopita, pasta, and steak over the three-hour course. Another cooking class will be held Nov. 7. Call the college to sign up (274-5395).
