Connie Cuthbertson moved this piece, entitled “The Summer Birches,” from the wall of her studio yesterday afternoon in preparation for a new art exhibit with Wayne Yerxa called “This Place Where We Live.” The exhibit will open at the Fort Frances Museum this Thursday (Nov. 10), with a reception slated from 7-9 p.m. The exhibit then will remain on display through mid-January. As the title suggests, the exhibit will include many images from the Rainy Lake area where both artists live.
