Rick Chambers, past president of Fort Frances Youth Soccer, said a few words at the memorial held by the organization in the memory of Bryce Devoe last night, at the equipment shed by the St. Francis Sportsfields. Hundreds came out to the short ceremony, which was held before the FFYS returned to the fields for the first time since Devoe’s passing last Wednesday.
