Keynote speaker Maggie Chicoine used a sash to explain planning in the “now, near and far,” as well as how to avoid “knots,” during a customer service workshop last night at Confederation College here. The session, held in conjunction with Small Business Week (Oct. 19-25), was attended by 16 people. Those who missed it can get copies of her presentation at the local Chamber of Commerce office.
