Nancy Phillips led the charge to the finish line ahead of Josh and Anika Fischer during the annual 10K “Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run” in International Falls on Saturday morning in conjunction with “Ice Box Days” festivities. The three finished the race, which didn’t live up to its name this year given the mild weather, in just over an hour.
