Local MPP Greg Rickford recently finalized agreements for three constituency offices across the Kenora-Rainy River riding.
“For Fort Frances, we finalized the lease,” Rickford said Friday in a conference call with the Times.
“We'll be in the downtown core with a great offering for folks down there,” he noted.
In Dryden, Rickford's constituency office will neighbour M&M Meats in the mall area just off the Trans-Canada Highway.
And in Kenora, Rickford said he's pleased to report significant updates have been made to the office space there.
“We are modernizing a major section of the Legion in Kenora with a modern office,” he remarked.
"A huge space that we've had some construction done to.
“We'll have a prominent space in those three communities for now and we'll go from there,” Rickford added.
“There are some budget constraints but I expect those offices to be fully operational at the end of July.”
